Alberta Health Services Safe Surgery Checklist
Please note that the above-mentioned checklists will now be integrated into the following WebSMR templates to ensure that safety standards are met:
- Breast
- Melanoma
- Thyroid
- Sarcoma
- Colon
- Rectal
For all other templates, please expect the change in the next couple of months.
Note that the questions are surgeon-profiled (most common answers will be remembered after 5 entries) and will appear as shown in this WebSMR Surgical Safety Checklist Questions
The Alberta Health Services Safe Surgical Checklist will be added to the WebSMR. This link will bring up a copy of the AHS Safe Surgery Checklist
